Just 2 years ago, Carlo Celis founded ‘Chez Les Kadees’, a restaurant especially for students, which offered food at affordable prices. But the success of the eating place didn’t last long. Just one year later ’Chez Les Kadees’ was declared bankrupt. Did he go too fast? Was his idea too impulsive? Should he have thought it through better?
